Every price includes an operator, three Sony FX30 cameras, full lighting and four Rode microphones — no equipment fees.

How much does it cost to record a podcast at FALE Studio?
Hourly rental: 800 zł net per hour (984 zł gross). From 4 hours the rate drops to 700 zł net per hour (861 zł gross), and a full day — 8 hours — is 4,400 zł net (5,412 zł gross). The minimum booking is 1 hour.
Podcast session: 3,500 zł net (4,305 zł gross) for a continuous 3-hour block, including the recording plus a synchronised video edit, colour correction and an audio master.
Production package: 5,500 zł net (6,765 zł gross) per episode — a 3-hour studio block and full post-production: scene-by-scene edit, 5 vertical social clips and a thumbnail. The finished episode arrives within 5 working days, with two rounds of revisions.
Which package should I choose?
- you edit yourself — hourly rental: raw files from three cameras and separate audio tracks the same day,
- you want a finished episode without clips — podcast session,
- you need the episode and social media content — production package,
- you're recording a series or a course — a full day for 4,400 zł net or several 3-hour sessions,
- a webinar or live stream — billed at the hourly rate.
Payment, invoices and promotions
We issue VAT invoices. Pay by bank transfer within 7 days after the session or by card when booking. Prices in the table are regular net prices — 23% VAT is added.
When a promotion is running, the discount is applied automatically in the booking calendar, and the calculator shows the exact gross amount before you confirm.

Do I pay extra for gear or sets?
No. Cameras, lighting, microphones and all three zones (WOOD, GREEN, FOCUS SET) are included.
How much is a full day of recording?
8 hours is 4,400 zł net (5,412 zł gross), i.e. 550 zł net per hour. It's the best option for a series of episodes or a course module.
Are prices net or gross?
We quote net prices and add 23% VAT. An hour of rental is 800 zł net, i.e. 984 zł gross.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot.
